It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Cook of Butler, Indiana, born in Auburn, Indiana, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Cook and Blanche Cook; and his siblings, Lavoy Cook and Doris Newton. He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Cook (Gee); his stepsons, Robert Long (Laura) of Auburn, Aaron Long (Janie) of Auburn and Brett Long of Auburn; his daughter Lisa Huffman (Tim) of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Glen Cook (Crystal) of Butler, Carol Winebrenner (Will) of Fremont, Jean Prough (Gary) of Butler and Cherie Blount (Dave) of Pleasant Lake; his grandchildren, Miranda Long of Auburn, Sawyer Maldeney of Waterloo, Braeden Huffman of Fort Wayne, Geoffrey Long of Auburn, Owen Long of Auburn, Brady Long of Auburn and Riley Long of Auburn; his stepmother Rosie Mickelson Cook of Newville; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Gee of Auburn and Jonette Gee of Auburn.
