He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Voirol; his children, Taylor Cummins (Carrie) of St. Joe and Nadine Cummins (Jon Bertoia) of Angola; his grandchildren, Scott and Riley Cummins; his mother-in-law Sandra Voirol of Harlan; and his brothers, Stuart Voirol (Cathy) of Harlan and Brent Voirol (Lisa) of Spencerville.
