He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray O. Moughler and Elnor Moughler (Oberlin); and his brother David Moughler. He is survived by: his nieces, Tari Dove of Butler, Kathy Wilhelm of Auburn and Suzanne Hitchcock of Fort Wayne; and his sister-in-law Sally Bushong of Fort Wayne.
