She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Scott and Dessa Zima Tibbetts (Longenecker); her husband David A Beaty; her former husband Elvin L. "Jack" Bennett; and her siblings, Helen Adean Tritt, Bob Tibbetts Jr., Philip J. Tibbetts C. B. and James Franklin Tibbetts.
She is survived by: her children, John Bennett (Pam) of Greenfield, IN, Jim Bennett (Karen), Jane Bennett McDowell of Indianapolis, IN and Jenny Dodge (Dan) of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and three stepchildren.
