She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phelps and Mary Phelps (Ford); her sister Jan Neely of Irons, Michigan.; her daughter Joanne "Toyta" Puebla; and her granddaughter Karissa Hunter.
She is survived by: her significant other Luis Araiza of Butler; her daughter-in-law Tonya Puebla of Auburn; her daughter Teresa "Tesy" Puebla; her son-in-law Edwin Rosario of Puerto Rico; her daughter Monica; her son-in-law Guy Ridenour of Angola; her children, Mary "Carmen" Puebla of Fort Wayne, Jose "Chiqui" Puebla of Ashley, Wanda and Carmen "Tata" Gonzalez of Puerto Rico; and her grandchildren, Joan "Candy" Rosario, Edwin Rosario, Jonna Tucker, Justin "Bear" Ridenour, Kyle Yoquelet, Selena Malott and Caleb Puebla.
