He is survived by: his children, Michael (Mary Troyer), Karin (Gregory Hook) and Max (Diane Troyer); his children-in-law, Michelle and William Hodges of Fitchburg; his children, Teckla and John Sliger of Garrett; his grandchildren, Micah Troyer, Marc Troyer, Mitch Troyer, Michele Moster, Troye Hook and Jacob Troyer; his stepgrandchildren, Monica Sliger, Nathan Sliger, Theodore Hodges, Patrick Hodges and Rachel Hodges; his sisters, Helen Getts of Hamilton, Janet (Lowell Johnson) and Mariam (William Blue); and his pet Ears.
