It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heath Bradley Hale of Butler, Indiana, born in Auburn, Indiana, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Carl Kenneth Hale, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Anthony Hale of Butler; his grandson Owen Bradley Hale; his mother Peggy Ann Puckett (Hess) of Butler; and his brothers, Carl Kenneth "Jonsie" Hale, Jr. (Lori) of West Liberty, John Hale (Chris) of Avilla and Glenn Hale (Lisa) of Fort Wayne.
