He was predeceased by : his father Carl Kenneth Hale, Sr.. He is survived by : his son Anthony Hale of Butler; his grandson Owen Bradley Hale; his mother Peggy Ann Puckett (Hess) of Butler; and his brothers, Carl Kenneth "Jonsie" Hale, Jr. (Lori) of West Liberty, John Hale (Chris) of Avilla and Glenn Hale (Lisa) of Fort Wayne.
