With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garnett Hamlin Coleman of Butler, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mamie Hamlin (Coleman) and Joseph Hamlin; her husband Pleny Junior Coleman; and her siblings, June Adkins, Bernice Prater, Raymond, Robert, Woodrow and Everett Hamlin.

She is survived by : her children, Clay Coleman (Joyce) and Dianne "Deanna" Bartrom (Brian); her siblings, Don Hamlin, Colleen Elkins, Vernie Coleman and Phyllis Justice; and her grandchildren, Leesa Hahn (Jeff), J. David Coleman, Melissa Alvord (Cory) and Bridget Schimpf. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren & 5 great great grandchildren.
