He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Dennis Shultz of Butler; his children, Karen Hollman of Butler and Richard Mullett of Huntington Beach, California.; his grandchildren, Kristine, Cole Mitchell, Gregory Hollman, Dustin Shultz and Dane Shultz; his great grandchild Ryder Mitchell; his sister Terri; his brother-in-law Randy Houser of Butler; his sister Sharon; and his brother-in-law Arvil Hicks of Truth. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
