Diane Ruth Gilbert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Ruth Gilbert of Butler, Indiana, who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Benninghoff and Eleanor Benninghoff (Houk); her husband Robert Gilbert; her son Steven Gilbert; her daughter-in-law Tammy Reinoehl Gilbert; and also, Elizabeth Palmer and Shari Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Jayne Gilbert; her grandsons, Nick Miller, Kody, Carmen Gilbert and Kendall Gilbert; her great grandchildren, Sutton, Laken and Colter; and her sister Susan Fyfe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Eleos Hospice Care in Fort Wayne, Indiana or DeKalb Humane Society in Auburn, Indiana.
