She is survived by: her children, Rodney Amstutz of Auburn and Melissa Dallas (Ron Scott); her grandchildren, Eric Dallas, Jr., Logan Dallas, Lily Scott and Violet Scott; her great grandchild Mason Dallas; her brother Rick; her sister-in-law Lyn Haag of Kentucky; her sister Beverly; her brother-in-law Denver Tackett of Avilla; her sisters, Tina Rutledge of Fort Wayne and Teri; and her brother-in-law Bruce Butler of Avilla.
Memorial donations may be given to the DeKalb Humane Society and Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
