David Lee Slaybaugh Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 68, David Lee Slaybaugh of Butler, Indiana, born in Fremont, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Slaybaugh and Dorothy Slaybaugh (Straw); and his sister Mary Dale. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Evans of Butler; his children, Candy Salisbury of Fort Wayne, Cathy Tarrant (Jim) of Garrett, Angel Lothamer (Todd) of Grabill, Dave Slaybaugh (Jennifer) of Butler, Arthur Slaybaugh (Becky) of Auburn and Anita Deetz (Joe) of Stroh; his wife Pamela Sanzo; his stepsons, Rocky Sanzo (Jill) of Augres, MI and Kyle Sanzo (Lindsey) of Butler; and his siblings, Linda LuCarelli (Eric) of Butler and Daniel Slaybaugh of Fort Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Pamela Slaybaugh.
