He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Mitchell and Joan Foe, Sr. (O'Neal); and his sister Cindy Foe. He is survived by : his wife Katherine Judy O'Neal; his daughter Mary O'Neal; his grandchildren, Ayden and Luciana O'Neal; his brothers, Peter Foe, Stephen Foe and Sunny; and his sister-in-law Laura Fore.
