He is survived by: his son John L.; his daughter-in-law Lisa Austin of Butler; his daughter Pamela S.; his son-in-law Wesley Lockard of Butler; his grandchildren, Brian Rinard, Joshua Rinard, Peter, Stacey Haverstock, Christopher Lockard, Frank Thomas and Andrew Thomas; and his brother Norman E. Rinard of Spencerville. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
