He was predeceased by: his father Wendell A. Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Sondra S. Phillips (Sicard) of Butler; and his sisters, Kimberly (James Massie) and Jody (Jeff Porter). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
