She is survived by: her husband Timothy "Tim" Luzadder of Burnettsville, Indiana; her children, Evan Luzadder (Josy Reader) of Burnettsville, Ethan Luzadder (Micaila Cooley) of Idaville and Ella Luzadder of Burnettsville, Indiana; her siblings, Jim Sietsma (Kim Bartley) of Lafayette, Jeff Sietsma (Holly) of Lafayette, Mike Sietsma (Kim) of Lafayette and Kathy Summers (Gary) of Brownsburg, Indiana; her mother-in-law Glenda Luzadder of Logansport, Indiana; her sister-in-law Tamara "Tam" Rogers (Terry) of Royal Center; and her uncle John Shoaf of Lafayette, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
