She is survived by: her husband Vernon "Jay" Sullivan; her son Mike Runkle (Cookie) of Mebane, NC; her grandchildren, Cora Blesmon, Naomi Farley, Robin Rogers, Kelly Watson, Jeremy Runkle and Michael J. Runkle; and her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Richardson, Juli Lefler and Robin Richardson.
