He was predeceased by: his stepson Meliano Morales. He is survived by: his spouse Angela A. Wiggam; his sons, Seth T. Scott (Kayla) of Lafayette and Schuyler M. Scott of Burlington; his stepson Joseph Morales of Logansport; his brother Carl L. Scott (Tina) of Cutler; his half-sisters, Roni Smith, Jeff Scott, Adam Scott and Wendy Scott; his granddaughter Rosemary J. Scott; and his grandmother Bernice Burge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jeremy would be honor for memorials to made toward his granddaughter, Rosemary J. Scott, education fund.
