It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Lucille McIlrath of Burlington, Indiana, born in Russiaville, Indiana, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Taylor and Lucille Taylor (Roth); and her son Gerald McIlrath. She is survived by: her husband Doyal McIlrath; her daughter Carol Cornett (Cary); her daughter-in-law Pat McIlrath; her grandchildren, Sarah Sanner (Jon), Laura McIlrath (Brian), Carlie Cornett (Jerry) and Carlson Cornett; and her great grandchild Hayden Rice.
Memorial contributions may be made in Evelyn's name to the Burlington United Methodist Church.
