He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Weaver and Thelma Weaver; and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Luan Frye; his children, Mike Weaver (Gina), April Mouser (Derek) and Tom Weaver (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jake, Maddie Weaver, Ian, Bethany Mouser and Jude Weaver; his brother Richard Weaver (Karen); and his sister-in-law Terri Bogue (Rob). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
