She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Terrell and Lucille Terrell (Neff); her sister Bette Thielking (Edward); her husband Donald E. Fruth; and her brother-in-law Edward.

She is survived by: her sisters, Marsha Kay Williams (Nello) and Sandra Lindemann (Rick); her children, Janet Smith (David), Elizabeth Jo Miles (Richard), Judy Kay Worland, Jean Schmidt (Lee), Jerri Roth (Pat), Michael Fruth (Stephanie), June Bomholt (Jerry), Juliet Gardner (Clifford), John Fruth (Ronna), Jennifer Archuleta (Adrian) and James Fruth (Sue); her pet JJ; and her brother-in-law John Fruth (Dian) of Sarasota. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
