She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Blythe and Hattie Blythe; her brother Jim Blythe; her nephew Richard Blythe; and her brother William Ray (Heather Stapleton).
She is survived by: her children, Steve Ostafin (Denise) and Melissa (Danny Clifton Jr.); her siblings, Dianne Ray and Rick Blythe (Angie); and her grandchildren, Trista Clemons (Leroy), Erin Bales, Stephanie Ostafin, Steven Ostafin, Zane Stapleton and Kain Starkey. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
