She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H. Fisher and Velma M. Fisher (Clannin); her spouse Ira J. "Ike" Hiers; her son Mark Edward Hiers; her sister Bonnie Marie Besset; and her son-in-law Chester (Szczepankowski).
She is survived by: her children, Eric J. Hiers (Deb) and Krista Szczepankowski; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Melissa and Chester; her close friend Billy Stuber; and also, Nancy Hostetler and Connie Wooten.
