She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard T. West and Dorthea Ruth West; her husband Albert; her sister Cindy Clem (Jim) of Danville; and her son Billy Rood (Joanie) of Knoxville, Tenn.. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Galveston Volunteer Fire Dept. in Deborah's memory.
