He is survived by: his wife Shirley Applegate of Buffalo, Indiana; his children, Twins, Braden Applegate (Paulina) of Mexico, Aaron Applegate of Denver, Heath Applegate of Monticello, Amy Allen (Greg) of Sarasota, Travis Lucas (Tracie) of Delphi, Indiana and Thirteen; and his siblings, Wayne Applegate of Kentucky, Eddie Applegate (Cathy) of Reynolds, Julia Donahue of Kokomo, Ruth, Melba Nickerson (Rick) of Reston and Virginia. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephew cousins, and Friends.
Memorials may be given to the Wounded Warriors Project.
