He was predeceased by: his parents, John Young and Helen Young (Reichard); his wife Esther P. Dailey; and his daughter-in-law Louise Young. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Michael (Bill) of Bluffton, Indiana and Jerry Young of Bluffton, Indiana; his half-sisters, Jeanne Dubach (Larry) of Berne, Indiana and Karen Cottrell (Dick) of Berne, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Rawe (Steve), Jeri Schindler (Brent), William "Chub" Michael (Patty), Brenda Melick (Monte) and Charles Michael (Rachel). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
