Hayes, Jeremy Hayes, Justin Glass and Christopher Hayes; her great grandchildren, Alina Hayes, Ariella Hayes, Danielle Hayes, Ellie Hayes, Arie Hayes, Hudson Hayes, Lillian Glass, Lincoln Glass, Grady Hayes, Kennedy Hayes, Esmae Michaels and Jade Swanson; and her siblings, William Cardinal Jr. (Margaret) of Sullivan, IN and Vivian Ruth Lemme of Oaktown, IN.. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
