She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Monroe and Mary Elizabeth Barry Charles. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Hart; her children, Harrison G. Hart of Muncie and Samantha J. Hart of Richmond; her siblings, Urban Charles of Richmond and Lois Mauller (Michael) of Liberty, Indiana; her parents-in-law, Tom, BJ Hart of Liberty, Judith and Howard Haskel of Union City, Indiana; and her close friends, Christine Bertsch of Richmond and Leanne Patterson of Liberty. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
