She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Echard and Mary Anthony Echard; her siblings, Charles, Emma and Edna; her husband Paul H. Bell; and her children, Barbara Daugherty and Paul E. Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Bell, Pattie Toney and Sharon McCormac (Bob); and her daughter-in-law Minnie Bell. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
