He is survived by: his children, Donna Wilson, Debra Smith Spurlock (Greg) and David Smith (JoAnn); his grandchildren, Angelicque McQueen, Jason Smith (Cami), Erin Grimes (Andy), Katherine Parrett (Mike), Kenneth Spurlock (Amy) and Keith Spurlock; and his sisters, Mae Ola Eversole and Jackie Gabbard.
