She is survived by: her children, Kara Dake (Brandon), Andrea Flack, Lea Flack and Jacob Davis; her siblings, Michael Flack (Etta) and Ruby Musselwhite; her aunt Eva Busby; her daughters, Stephanie and Sabrina; her grandchildren, Mikayla, Marainda, Matthew, Brantley, Saydee, Easton, Xaviar and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Remy, Alayciana and Elliana; her close friend Libby Eaton; and her pet Cupid.
