It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Achie Russell of Brownsville, Indiana, born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Russell and Demi Harrison Russell. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Ray Russell of Liberty, William "Bill" Russell (Cynthia) of Connersville, Emery Russell (Julie) of Milton and Achie "Butch" Russell II (Amy) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Dustin Russell (Peaches), Olivia Russell, Josh Russell, Jenni Schnable (Mark), Shelby Schneider (Jackson), Jessie Russell, Laynie Vinson (Grant), Caitlin Russell, Evan Russell and Ethan Russell; and his siblings, Alvis Russell (Louise) of Connersville, Jewell Ballard of Richmond, Alene Faber (Floyd) of Connersville and Lora Mae Lee (Robert) of Connersville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
