She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph England and Ethel M. Fordice England; her husband John S. "Jack" Lewis; her sons, Steve Bohall and Willis Bohall; her sister Patricia England; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph England, Jean England, Jr. and Barbara England.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wilma Goen (Lonny) of Rushville, Cheryl Wheeler of Brownstown, James R. England of Brownstown and Roger D. England (Pam) of Brownstown; and her daughter-in-law Gwen Bohall. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
