He is survived by: his father Thomas Joseph Eastin, Sr.; his sisters, Lisa McClusky (Thomas) of Brownstown and Kris Aszman (David) of Brownstown; his nieces and nephews, Whitley Eastin (Michael Ferguson), Eli, Bub, Miranda McClusky, Zoee and Aszman; his great-niece AudreeAnne Thompson; and his pet Eunice.
