He is survived by: his wife Cristi Bannister (Burcham) of Brownstown, IN; his children, Kara Bannister of Brownstown, IN, Koty Bannister (Jessica) of Seymour, IN, Amanda Worley (Daniel) of Scottsburg, IN, Justin Bannister of Brownstown, IN, Hollie Stout (Dylan) of Brownstown, IN and Jake Axsom (Nikki) of Brownstown, IN; his grandchildren, Alexis, Raelynn, Kolten of Eric, J. J., Caroline, Macy, Byron and Avery; his sister Lisa Lewis (Doug) of Paris Crossing, IN; his brother-in-law Marty Morgan (June) of Austin, IN; his nephew Tony Bannister; his niece Bethany Lewis; his great-nephew Draven Bannister; and his stepmother Debbie Stidham Brown.
