He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Horstman (Nierman) and William Horstman; and his sister Debbie Horstman. He is survived by: his son Jason Horstman (Kim) of Austin; and his grandchildren, Willow Horstman, Ella Horstman, Billie Horstman, Colin Campbell and Jack Campbell.
