He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Moffitt of Noblesville and Dave McMahon (Patty) of Crothersville; his caregiver Pam Robinson of Vallonia; his niece Emily Burns (Kris); and his nephews, Brandon Gerth and Dakota McMahon (Kaitlyn).
Memorials may be given to Smallwood Cemetery or Schneck Medical Center Hospice.
