She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pluta and Helen Gorecki Pluta; her husband Edward Sitarski; her brothers, Edward Henry Pluta and Theodore Alexander Pluta; and her grandson Edward "Eddie" Paul Sitarski Dodds.
She is survived by: her sisters, Regine Pluta of Florida, Victoria Pluta of Florida and Dolores Pluta; and her children, David Sitarski (Patricia) of Taylors, SC, Robert Sitarski (Katrina) of Evansville, IN, Gerald P. Sitarski (Mary) of Grand Island, NY, Edward W. Sitarski of Brownstown and Cheryl Sitarski Dodds of Victoria, TX.
