He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Patton and Marilyn Ballenger Patton; his grandparents, Lee, Susie Ballenger, James Patton, Elzora Brown and Betty Bowling; and his uncle Roger Patton.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Roberts; his children, Brian Vetter (Katie) of Key Largo, Brandon Vetter (Brittney) of Seymour, Shana Patton of Brownstown, Michaela Schroeder (Austin) of Wisconsin and Heather (Tommy); his sister Natalie McGinnis (Glen) of Brownstown; his grandchildren, Keegan Fish, Kameron Vetter, Kayelee Jackson, Payton Jackson and Milee; his son Maya; his niece Madison McGinnis; his nephew Andrew McGinnis; and his pet Porgy-San. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown Community Church.
