It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Harold Middendorf of Brownstown, Indiana, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Middendorf and Marcia Middendorf (Mellencamp). He is survived by: his wife Eva Hoffman; his children, Bill Middendorf (Anna) of Sidney, Ohio, Heather Voss of Brownstown and Heidi Bagwell (Todd) of Bargersville; his siblings, Marshall Middendorf (Beth), Linda Barkes (Marvin), Carole Middendorf, Becky Fahy (Jim) and Shirley Bush (John); and his grandchildren, Aden Voss, Brody Voss, Robert Middendorf, Grace Middendorf, Clara Middendorf and Samuel Middendorf.

Memorials may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Brownstown.
