She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Neal Smith and Mamie Smith; and her siblings, Ricky Dean Henson and Vicky Purvis. She is survived by: her parent Carolyn Smith Purvis; her sons, Ricky Leon Allen Purvis of Columbus and Edgar Levi Purvis of Brownstown; and her brothers, Leon Henson of Florida, Mike Purvis of Columbus, Mark Allen Purvis of Columbus and Gregg Purvis of Kentucky.
