We bid farewell to Joseph Glenn Gallion of Brownstown, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2025 at the age of 86. Joseph Glenn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gallion and Jessie Faye Gallion (Cockerham); his wife Emily Joella Black; his grandson Eli Gallion; his sister Betty (Perk); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Nichols (Earl), Bonnie Combs (Bill) and Ruth Fritzsche (Peter).
He is survived by: his children, Shauni Brown (Curt) of Brownstown, Shane Gallion (Renee) of Medora, Joey Gallion (Beth) of Brownstown and Sam Gallion of Brownstown; his grandchildren, Jared Pasko, Kati Patriquin (Colton), Kari Brown, Lance Gallion (Becca), Ellis Gallion, Elisa Hickman (Shane), Luke Gallion and Hannah Kraft (Alex); his great grandchildren, Zoey Pasko, Henry, Walker Patriquin, Kenzie, Lincoln Gallion and Danny Hickman; and his brother-in-law Roger Black (Madeline). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brownstown Nazarene Church (616 W Commerce St, Brownstown, IN 47220). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown Church of the Nazarene or Gideons International.
