She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gay and Avis Gay (Anderson); her brothers, Bill (Norma Gay), Tom (Lena Gay) and George "Bud" (Shirley Gay); and her brother-in-law Russell Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Allen Meyer (Jane) of Columbus, Bill Meyer (Angi) of Columbus and Sandra Franke (Joseph) of Seymour; her siblings, John Gay (Peggy) of Seymour and Nancy Lucas of Seymour; her grandchildren, John Meyer (Michelle), Dawn Schneider (Justin), Patrick Meyer (Allison), Nick Meyer, Matt Meyer, Jada Meyer, Alexander Franke (Heather), Emma Imhoff (Nick) and Anne Beard (Eli); and her great grandchildren, Ann Meyer, Sophia Meyer, Harry Schneider, Maris Schneider, William Franke, Elta Franke, Emilie Franke and Meyer Imhoff.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (16270 S County Rd 300 W, Seymour, IN 47201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church, White Creek Foundation.
