James V. Hamilton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James V. Hamilton of Brownstown, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Hamilton and Gertrude Darkis Hamilton; his son James "Rick" Hamilton; and his siblings, Bill Bozarth, Ralph Hamilton, John Hamilton, Isaac "Ike" Hamilton, Jackie Hamilton, Cynthia Douglas and Mary Smith Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Lynn Hamilton (Susan) of Kentucky and David Alan Hamilton (Debbie) of Brownstown; and his grandchildren, Chasity Babbitt (David), Deann Eubank (John), Tonya Silence (Brian), Ashley Alcorn, Kalynn Hamilton (Kyle), Bryan Nichols (Terri), Hillary Toppe (Dustin) and Jamie Gray. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Houston School.
