He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Wingler (Fox); his children, Jeffery Len Browning of Brownstown, Bradley Wingler (Angela) of Brownstown and Angel Wingler of Brownstown; his grandchildren, Desiree Burton of Hayden, Brooklyn Wingler of Brownstown, Allie Mae Wingler of Brownstown and Brennan Wingler of Brownstown; his great grandchild Tate Deaton; his brothers-in-law, Dave Waggoner of Freetown and Wilburn Chester Deaton; and his cousins, Jane Gardner and Floyd Browning (Carol). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
