He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Shirbish Ross; and his sons, Melvin James Ross, Matthew Scott Ross (Memorie) and Jim Kuthy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
