He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Lewis and Ruby J. Terry Lewis; and his siblings, Leonard Joseph Lewis and Phyllis George. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis of Brownstown; his sons, James R. Lewis (Sharon) of Brownstown, Joseph W. Lewis (Beth) of North Vernon and Jerry Lee Lewis of North Vernon, IN; and his siblings, Clarence Ray Lewis of North Vernon and Carol Porter. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
