With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Catherine Hamer Lahrman of Brownstown, Indiana, who passed away on December 30, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. and Lottie K.; her husband Robert F. Lahrman; her daughter Deborah Lynn Gamble; her grandson Carter Gamble, Jr.; her sisters, Jackie Childers and Doris Hamer; and her brother-in-law James Lucas.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert B. Lahrman (Alice) of Indianapolis, Frank A. Lahrman (Terrie) of Seymour and Marc A. Lahrman (Angie) of Brownstown; her siblings, John N. Hamer (Cathy) and Georgia Lee Lucas; her grandchildren, Zachary Gamble, Katharine Nicholson (Tim), Elizabeth Lahrman, Ericka Nolan (Jim), Lute Lahrman (Ally) and Jackson Lahrman; her great grandchildren, Deborah Gamble, Carter Gamble, Cameron Jones, Mia Gamble, George Nicholson, Christian Nolan and Liam Nolan; and her son-in-law Carter Gamble.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the family requests that masks be worn when entering the funeral home for visitation and when attending the funeral service.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown United Methodist Church or Friends of Spring Mill.
