She was predeceased by: her siblings, Manuel Cheek, Billy Cheek and Kathleen Cornette. She is survived by: her parents, Henry Cheek and Minnie Taylor Cheek; and her spouse Jack Lee Goforth. She is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews; and 30 great nieces.
