He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Wischmeier and Melba Wischmeier (Pollert); his former wife Wanda Miesner; his wife Melanie E. Markel; his brothers-in-law, Robert Miesner and Danny Bobb; and his parents-in-law, Glenn Miesner, Jack and Emma Eaton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Comer (Matt) of Westfield and Julie Warren (Kyle) of Brownstown; his stepdaughters, Courtney Bishop (Jack) of Mobile, Hilary Conway (Frank) of South Orange, Ashley Greenberg (David) of New York and Brittney Schelich (Matt) of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Brian Wischmeier (Julie) of Brownstown and Brenda Bobb of Crothersville; his grandchildren, Claire Comer, Carsyn Comer, Emerson Warren, Marley Warren, Landry Warren, Keller Bishop, Connor Bishop, Parker Bishop, Collin Conway, Dylan Greenberg and Emma Greenberg; his mother-in-law Elaine Miesner; and his siblings-in-law, Karen, Fred Oelrichs, Glenna, Ted Sanlis, Debbie, Wayne Goecker, Doug and Betty Eaton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Wegan Parsonage Fund, Wanda Wischmeier Endowment Fund at Lutheran Central School, Schneck Medical Center Hospice, or Rock Steady Boxing of Seymour.
